Job summary

Contrans Vrac is seeking a full-time Company Driver for Canada/US routes. Openings: 6. The role includes pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading bulk materials, tarping, and trailer maintenance. AZ license and CVOR are required; strong safety and cross-border experience preferred.

Physical fitness is essential for climbing, lifting, and operating equipment across multiple facilities, with drug testing as part of pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to climb 12’ in & out of dump trailers.
• Must be able to lift 20 to 25 kg of material in & out of trailers.
• Minimum of 1 year heavy haul experience or 3 years over the road experience.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections, including climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Load and unload bulk/dump products.
• Tarps on dump trailers; operate tarp crank.
• Clean trailers after unloading; remove cross bows as needed.
• Drive 1–4 hours per shift and manage vehicle controls and shifting.
• Navigate different facilities and uneven ground during loading/unloading.
