Job Title : CRM Specialist (Email Marketing)

Location : Remote – Canada

Start Date : Mid to End of June

Contract Duration : 6 Months

Weekly Hours : 30–40 hours / week

Compensation : $35

About the Role :

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused CRM Specialist to support email marketing efforts for one of their brands. This is a contract role ideal for someone with strong technical CRM skills who thrives in an email campaign execution environment. You will be responsible for building and sending email campaigns based on marketing briefs, including customer segmentation and campaign setup in HubSpot. All content (copy and images) will be provided by our in-house content team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot based on provided briefs.
• Create and manage customer segment lists.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign accuracy and timely delivery.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance prior to campaign deployment.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

• Degree / Diploma in marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in email marketing
