Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with a CRM and marketing technology in B2B or professional services in a data focused role.
• Strong data management mindset with ability to maintain trusted records and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data accuracy and deduplication to ensure reliable relationships, contacts, and opportunities.
• Provide user support, training materials, and clear communications on requests and updates.
• Build and deliver mailing and event lists; generate reports and saved views for stakeholders.
