Job summary

WINMAR® Property Restoration Specialists - Corporate is seeking an Emergency Project Manager to lead emergency mitigation from first response through turnover on client sites. You will act as the on-site authority, stabilizing environments, directing crews, and ensuring rapid containment and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and margin protection, with a focus on eliminating rework and delivering audit-ready turnover to support reconstruction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or emergency response leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading crews in high-pressure environments.
• Strong knowledge of moisture mapping and drying standards.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in documentation systems and reporting standards.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be bondable (mandatory requirement).

Responsibilities

• Stabilize sites quickly with clear control, containment, and execution.
• Lead and direct crews to ensure compliant mitigation execution.
• Deliver complete, accurate, and timely daily documentation for all projects.
• Maintain strict containment protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Protect margin by eliminating rework, waste, and operational drift.
• Coordinate turnover to reconstruction teams with audit-ready documentation.
