Job summary

Porter Airlines Inc. is seeking a Crew Scheduling professional to staff pilots and cabin crew for all Porter flights, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assertive and proactive in addressing scheduling needs.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Post secondary aviation education is an asset.
  • Previous airline operations experience is an asset.
  • Experience with airline crewing software is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Staff pilots and cabin crew for Porter flights to ensure safe, compliant operations.
  • Monitor daily crew schedule for issues and address concerns.
  • Communicate with crew for assignments and re-assignments in a timely manner.
  • Review and issue crew reports (book-off, CTT).
  • Assist in month‑of crew training plan execution and adjustments.
  • Arrange hotels, transportation, and crew deadheads as needed.
  • Support Porter’s Safety Management System and report hazards/incidents.
