Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products. Make recommendations to guests, especially regarding food allergens.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and work to resolve any issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a Manager if necessary, immediately.
• Assist with training new team members by positively reinforcing successful performance and helping as needed.
• Support other restaurant areas as requested, such as seating customers, answering phones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards, including removing trash, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning dishes.
