As Credit & Collections Administrator you :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts, payments, and collections activities
  • Ensure all billings are received by clients in a timely and proper manner
  • Promptly following up with clients to expedite collections on overdue accounts
  • Prepare monthly reports for management, summarizing credit and collection performance, aging accounts
  • Analyze and investigate disputes or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve customer account issues
  • Process customer payments, refunds, account adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Other administrative and project related tasks as assigned

Our ideal candidate has :

  • University / College Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin or relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience with a high volume of transactions.
  • Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Dynamicsor other ERP software.
  • Ability to establish trusted relationship with internal / external clients.
