Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Vaughan, Ontario, and seeks driven individuals who excel in retail, enjoy face-to-face conversations, and want a role where earnings reflect effort. You will meet customers inside a major Canadian retailer, demonstrate features, answer questions, and work across multiple store locations.

Base pay plus uncapped commission and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident with people, capable of starting conversations.
• Clear and compelling communicator who adjusts messaging on the fly.
• Goal oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle data securely.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a bonus; drive matters.
• Driver's license is an asset but not required.

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• Base wage 17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
