Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Stratford, Ontario, recruiting energetic individuals to promote credit card products inside major retailers. You will engage customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable cards while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who thrive in a retail environment. You’ll represent a trusted Canadian financial brand inside a major retailer, engaging customers, recommending credit card products, and earning uncapped commission based on your results.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers in-store and explain the features and benefits of credit card products.


• Ask questions to understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.


• Deliver positive, professional customer experiences while representing the client brand.


• Meet and exceed personal sales targets.


• Build strong relationships with retail store staff.


• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.


• Adapt your approach to different customers and support multiple store locations as needed.
