Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking a Credit Sales Representative to work in-store at a major Canadian retailer in Sarnia, Ontario. You will meet customers where they shop, presenting a financial product from a trusted brand and aiming to drive both sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers a flexible schedule (Mon-Sun, 9am-9pm) with permanent full-time or part-time options, an uncapped commission on top of a competitive hourly base, and full training plus

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data andmaintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• Base wage $17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
