What will you do?
- Perform a comprehensive credit risk assessment of dealer credit applications, obtaining supporting information as needed and communicating onboarding decisions in a professional manner
- Process commercial and residential credit applications in accordance with established credit policies and procedures
- Perform a daily audit of residential rental HVAC contracts, identifying contracts that do not meet credit guidelines
- Create, action and close audit cases in CRM, within the parameters of credit risk guidelines
- Conduct credit analysis by extracting and analyzing statistical data from credit applications
- Respond to case related inquiries from sales and operations personnel in a timely manner, using CRM case entry parameters
- Monitor and respond to credit inbox inquiries, following corporate credit policy and referring any recommendations outside of guidelines to the Credit Risk Manager
- Participation in ad-hoc Credit Team projects and initiatives as needed
What do you bring?
- Post-secondary education in a quantitative field – economics, business, finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in individual and commercial credit adjudication, risk assessment or similar role involving data analysis
- Proficient working knowledge and experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven ability to analyze data and make decisions accordingly
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
