GFL Environmental in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a Credit Administrator to join our team. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain healthy customer accounts, verify credit information, and support day-to-day credit team tasks.

In this role, you’ll work with our internal teams to help maintain healthy customer accounts, ensure accurate credit information, and support the credit team with day-to-day tasks. Support account health by reviewing credit terms, limits, and payment activity to identify risks or trends
Build strong relationships with clients to support smooth payments and healthy accounts
Keep records of customer conversations, payment promises, and any issues in our system
Make sure customer account details, contact info, and credit limits are accurate and up to date
Flag credit concerns to the right internal team members
Help gather documents and data for external audits when needed
Monitor reports and credit activity
Review basic credit or financial information to help make account decisions (training provided)
Work closely with teams like finance, sales, and operations
Suggest ways to improve how we manage credit
1–3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or banking
Confident and professional when speaking with customers, even in tough conversations
Detail-oriented and reliable—you follow through and get things done
Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable using Google, Gmail, and other internal systems
Motivated to learn and grow in credit or finance
B2B experience is helpful but not required—we’ll provide training
