Viral Nation is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our marketing team in Canada. You will manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle for creators and influencers, ensuring invoices align with SOWs and are processed through HubSpot in a timely manner.

You will be the primary billing contact for creators and internal teams, verify payments, review invoices against SOWs, and produce reporting for management while upholding confidentiality and financial controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1–2 years in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related role.
• Proficiency with billing systems (QuickBooks, SAP) and HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process influencer invoices.
• Verify payment amounts and POC emails.
• Review invoices against fully executed SOWs.
• Submit billing tickets in HubSpot Deal.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Serve as the primary billing contact for creators, agents, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate billing records in HubSpot and internal systems.
• Generate invoicing and accounts receivable reports.
