YOUR TEAM

Moment Factory Sports & Entertainment brings brand experiences, fan engagement, and live entertainment to life. Our diverse team blends storytelling, immersion, interactivity, and live performance to create original and unexpected experiences that connect audiences worldwide.

Drawing on our multimedia expertise, we deliver permanent and temporary solutions that enhance fan experiences and transform branded attractions into unforgettable events. In close collaboration with our New York office, we partner with some of the world’s leading brands—from luxury and pop culture to top sports institutions—fueling innovation through creative technology and experiential marketing.

YOUR MISSION

Our creative leaders shape imaginative worlds and stand at the forefront of every project. Their canvases are limitless, inspiring, and constantly evolving, moving to the rhythm of moments of wonder.

As a creative leader, you will guide and oversee the team responsible for the conception, design, production, and seamless integration of projects. You will work closely with the Multimedia Director, internal and external designers, as well as with Moment Factory’s clients and partners, to guarantee artistic quality from conception through to integration, while overseeing the initial creative objectives and strategy. It is expected that you have a 360-degree vision encompassing spatial and visual content design (real-time, data-driven, and pre-rendered), user experience, and technological constraints.

Together with the Project Producer, you will craft the creative strategy to win projects and ensure they are delivered under optimal conditions for the team and the client. You will navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems with confidence, foster a culture of proactive problem-solving, strengthen team bonds, and serve as an inspiring guide and leader who drives collective success.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and evolution of bold concepts for client projects and pitches, pushing the boundaries of imagination and innovation.
  • Steer creative decisions with clarity and purpose, ensuring every project remains aligned with Moment Factory’s creative philosophy, brand identity, and standards.
  • Champion the growth, success, and creative excellence of Multimedia Directors and Designers, providing mentorship, encouragement, and participating in their development.
  • Collaborate closely and in solidarity with production leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, without compromising creativity.
  • Embrace challenges as opportunities, working with creative teams to proactively find solutions, navigate complexities, and turn unforeseen events into catalysts for innovation.
  • Engage strategically with production teams to shape processes, allocate resources wisely, and orchestrate timelines that empower creativity.
  • Leverage knowledge of emerging technologies — interactivity, extended reality, AI, tracking systems — and integrate them into creative strategies, inspiring new forms of storytelling and audience connection.
  • Communicate creative visions with passion and precision, inspiring teams, clients, and stakeholders through compelling presentations and ongoing creative dialogue.
  • Lead creative research initiatives and actively contribute to the development of new business opportunities, shaping the next generation of transformative experiences.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • Post-secondary education in design, multimedia, performing arts, or any other relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Effortless communication skills when working with international clients, including companies and institutions.
  • 10+ years of experience leading creative teams and overseeing artistic direction, visual content creation, and the delivery of multidisciplinary projects in multimedia environments.
  • Proven mastery of digital tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written (regular communication with English-speaking clients will be required in this role).
  • Understanding of artistic direction, stage direction, architecture, graphic design, motion design, 2D/3D animation, software development, user experience, scenography, lighting design, and sound design — all considered significant assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously (up to 5–10 at a time), work effectively under pressure, and foster strong collaboration within a team environment.

YOUR QUALITIES

  • An inspiring creative vision combined with proven leadership skills, empowering teams through collaboration, motivation, and respect.
  • A strong interest in applying your creativity to projects for renowned brands in the luxury and sports industries.
  • Curiosity and commitment to staying ahead of trends across sports, culture, entertainment, multimedia, and pop culture, with broad industry knowledge considered a valuable asset.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate brand messaging into creative work while maintaining artistic integrity.
  • Strong skills in crafting and delivering compelling creative presentations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across a variety of project types within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated reliability, autonomy, team spirit, and an excellent ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure.
