About You

As our Senior Creative Manager, you are an AI-powered design enthusiast who opens new tools the moment they drop, prototypes daily, and shares fresh prompts with the team before your coffee kicks in. You love cranking out a high volume of graphics while steering other designers to do their best work. First and foremost, you are a producer—an expert designer who ships polished assets every day and knows how to scale output through smart templates, AI workflows, and thoughtful coaching. You’ll guide an internal marketing design squad and partner agencies, ensuring every visual—whether a social graphic, landing-page mock-up, or customer website—looks unmistakably WellnessLiving. You relish rolling up your sleeves, thrive in high-volume sprints, and fuel the team with your passion for emerging AI design trends.

Responsibilities

• Design & Ship Daily: Create an ongoing stream of graphics, ads, social posts, email visuals, presentations, trade-show assets, and light-motion/video snippets.
• Lead the Creative Pod: Provide hands-on direction to internal designers and our web-design agency, running critiques that focus on speed, quality, and brand fidelity.
• AI & Template Champion: Implement AI-driven workflows, reusable component libraries, and template systems to multiply the team’s output.
• Website Production Service: Guide the high-volume customer website design program—reviewing wireframes, approving layouts, and ensuring every site meets brand standards.
• Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate daily with marketing, product, and RevOps to translate business goals into scroll-stopping creative.
• Trend Spotter: Stay on top of design trends, AI breakthroughs, and emerging formats; pilot quick tests and share learnings with the team.
• Quality & Consistency: Own brand guidelines and enforce them across every touchpoint, adjusting as our product suite grows.
• Budget & Timeline Steward: Scope projects, allocate resources, and keep everything on schedule and on budget.
• Inspire & Present: Sell creative concepts to leadership and stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience, including 1–2+ years leading or mentoring creatives.
• Robust portfolio showcasing high-volume asset production, brand systems, and measurable campaign wins.
• Proven success driving engagement and conversions through iterative design and A/B testing.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices and responsive web design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a growth-stage company.
• Daily user of AI-driven design tools (Adobe Firefly, DALL-E 3, Runway ML, Jasper Art, Designify, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Data-minded approach that balances creative vision with business objectives.
