You will work in a busy kitchen, managing ingredients, equipment, and station setup, with a focus on food quality and timely service. Previous cooking experience and ability to obtain food safety certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety regulations
• Ability to obtain food safety certification
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
• Interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling
• Safely use utensils including knives
• Operate ovens, stoves, mixers and other equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the shift
