Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply different cooking methods.
• Portion and garnish foods per guidelines and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and storage per safety policies.
• Support guest service with a positive demeanor and teamwork.
