POD Marketing Inc. is seeking a Creative Content Strategist to elevate client storytelling and marketing strategy. You’ll blend writing excellence with strategic thinking to shape messaging, campaigns, and brand standards across websites, ads, emails, and social content.
You’ll collaborate with account managers, strategists, and other creatives to craft campaigns, briefs, and scalable content systems while guiding junior writers and partners toward cohesive, high‑quality output.
You’re a strong writer and storyteller who’s ready to think beyond the words on the page. You’re curious about the why behind the work, who we’re talking to, what matters to them, what makes a brand different, and how to turn those insights into a clear, compelling creative idea. You enjoy collaborating with others, asking thoughtful questions, and bringing ideas to the table. You’re excited to grow beyond content execution into creative strategy, campaign development, and brand thinking, while still using your writing skills to bring great ideas to life.
We're looking for a strong content writer who's ready to take their skills further into marketing strategy. Maybe you've spent the last few years writing websites, ads, blogs, emails, social content, or campaign copy. Maybe you've also found yourself increasingly interested in the thinking behind the work.
What's the real message? Who are we talking to? What makes this brand different? What's the big idea? How should that idea come to life across different channels?
As a Creative Content Strategist, you'll bring both strong writing and strategic thinking to our clients' marketing. You'll develop and refine content while also helping shape the messaging, creative direction, and strategy behind it. You'll work alongside Account Managers, marketing strategists, and other creatives to develop messaging, campaigns, creative briefs, brand standards, and scalable content systems.
