Crane Technician As our newest Industrial Electrician, you will join a highly competent, close knit group of fellow techs that are passionate about the work they do. You will bring your own significant mechanical, electrical, and technical skills to the table to help raise the level of the entire team. You’re genuinely interested in every aspect of the trade, and are always seeking to learn, develop, and improve your already considerable skills. You’re an independent, forward thinker, who is not afraid to make decisions on the spot in order to solve a problem. You can assess problems and challenges on the fly, and figure out exactly how to overcome them to get the job done with highest level of quality. You always have the customer’s best interests in mind, and become a trusted source of knowledge, allowing you to make great suggestions and recommendations. Working @ Atlantic Crane & Material Handling This is a full-time permanent position, working out of our Dartmouth location. We offer an attractive total compensation package that is commensurate with experience, and includes benefits, vacation, personal days, and an employer matched RSP plan. You’ll work Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, though you’ll need to be flexible to work overtime when needed, and be on-call every 4th week as we’re a 24 / 7 operation. You also need to be comfortable traveling out of province when required, for up to 2-3 weeks at a time. We provide a company vehicle and cell phone, as well as any safety gear you require.
