Job summary

WF Steel & Crane, a leading fabricator of structural steel and overhead cranes, is recruiting Journeyman and Apprentice Fitters/Welders for our fabrication crew in Nisku, Alberta. The role is based in the Nisku Industrial Park, with competitive hourly pay and overtime benefits after probation.

The ideal candidate will hold CWB MCAW certification (other CWB tickets are a plus), possess strong English communication, be reliable and punctual, and be willing to work overtime.

• CWB MCAW certified; other CWB tickets are an asset.
• Highly developed communication skills; fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Reliable and punctual; able to commit to overtime hours.
• Able to work in a team or autonomously as required; safety sensitive role at all times.

We are a leading fabricator of structural steel and overhead cranes located south of Edmonton in the Nisku Industrial Park, Alberta. The Position -

An opportunity currently exists for Journeyman & Apprentice Fitters/Welders to join our Fabrication crew. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and benefits (after probationary period). The position is based in Nisku, Alberta.

The Ideal Candidate -

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualities:

• CWB certified in MCAW (other CWB tickets considered an asset)
• Highly developed communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable and punctual
• Availability to work overtime hours
• A diligent worker who can operate within a team or autonomously as required
• The ability to work in a safety sensitive role at all times
