Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proserve status required.
• Entry level Beer Server/Cicerone certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and liquor responsibly, while providing guests with an excellent dining experience and knowledge of our products.
• Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing.
• Ensure guest safety by verifying age and identification, responsible liquor service.
• Deliver timely, friendly and thoughtful customer service.
• Provide support and training to colleagues as required.
• Bus tables and maintain table readiness before, during and after service.
• Take orders accurately and promote our products and beverage knowledge.
• Greet guests, manage reservations and wait times as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
