The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company in Canmore is hiring for a SERVER TEAM member. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people who love beer, great food, and making guests smile in a lively brewpub setting.

Join our Canmore locations, with mountain vibes and opportunities to share beer knowledge while delivering unforgettable experiences. ProServe certification is preferred; must be 18+, able to lift 50lbs, and work well in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada.
• Fast-paced hospitality experience required.
• Current ProServe certification; Cicerone Beer Server is a bonus.
• Team-first attitude and a can-do mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical duties.
• Passion for craft beer and mountain culture.

Responsibilities

• Delivering unforgettable service to guests in a brewery/pub setting.
• Setting the tone with knowledge of beers, the story, and local spots.
• Maintaining tidy tables and clean, organized stations.
• Serving responsibly by checking IDs and ensuring safety.
• Being a team player and contributing ideas to improve operations.
• Engaging in eco-friendly practices and representing the brand.

The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company is on the hunt for enthusiastic, friendly, and all-around awesome people to join our SERVER TEAM. We’re more than just a brewery—we’ve got multiple spots in Canmore, each with its own vibe, from our chill beer garden to our bustling downtown pub, all serving up cold beer, great food, and unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Unforgettable Service – Whether it’s a group of world travelers or local legends, you’ll be the friendly face that makes their visit extra special.
• Setting the Tone – Know our beers, our story, and the best local spots so you can drop knowledge like a seasoned tour guide.
• Keeping Things Fresh – Tidy tables and well-stocked stations make a restaurant that runs smoother than a well-poured pint.
• Serving Responsibly – Checking IDs, ensuring everyone’s having a good time (safely), and always keeping it professional.
• Being a Team Player – Great service is a team sport. You’ll share ideas, pitch in where needed, and keep The Grizzly Paw improving year after year (we’ve been at this for 28 years and counting!).
• Eco-Friendly Choices – We care about our backyard (aka, the Rockies), so we make choices that help keep it beautiful.

What We’re Looking For:
