Job summary

Germain Hotels group is seeking a Bartender who enjoys meticulously executing recipes or proposing classic or original drinks, while taking good care of our guests. They’re a foodie, comfortable discussing beer or wine and offering a service adapted to bar guests.

You will recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, ensure bar supplies are optimized, comply with health and safety requirements, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' experience behind a bar.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Good physical condition: stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lb.
• Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure the working environment and equipment are clean and well organized.
• Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
