Job summary

Native Tongue Asian Restaurant & Mixed drink Bar is seeking an energetic bartender for part- or full-time shifts. You should be able to handle a high volume while delivering quality service, and you will be upselling drinks and engaging guests with knowledge of our menu.

Experience in hospitality is required, along with Smart Serve certification. English proficiency is expected, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a restaurant environment.
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about food, wine, and cocktails.
• Team-driven with strong guest focus.
• Able to manage a high volume, peak hours.
• Weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in an expert, polite manner following service standards.
• Be present on the floor during high-volume service and coordinate with the team to ensure a phenomenal guest experience.
• Demonstrate high-level knowledge of drinks and food offerings and upsell where appropriate.
