Job summary

Amazon Ads Canada is seeking a Manager, Sales Account Management in Toronto to scale our Endemic Account Management team across Home and Baby verticals. You will lead a Toronto-based team of Account Managers responsible for growing CPG revenue and optimizing advertiser performance through consultative selling and service.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Creative, Insights, and Analytics to deliver measurable ROI, YoY revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing role such as digital marketing, analytics, or equivalent.
• Experience managing and coaching team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Toronto-based team of Account Managers focused on CPG advertisers.
• Develop and execute service strategies aligned with client needs and revenue objectives.
• Hire and develop a world-class team; manage capacity and resources.
• Engage with leadership to report results and advocate for customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with partner teams and drive ROI and growth.
• Maintain knowledge of Amazon Ads product suite and campaign workflows.
