Qualifications

• CPA designation required and/or equivalent.
• 5+ years in total accounting experience including full cycle accounting.
• Experience leading and implementing significant process changes.
• Experience driving automation initiatives and improving controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of a critical accounting process bridging operations and financial systems.
• Implement automation and strengthen internal controls for sustainable improvements.
• Communicate effectively with multiple departments and guide the project from start to finish.
