Job summary

The Mason Group Inc in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a CPA with strong accounting and software-implementation skills for a 12-month full-time contract as an independent contractor. Lead rollouts across varied divisions, tailoring modules to organizational needs, and drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with a diverse, energetic team, communicate across departments, and deliver practical insights to ensure a smooth rollout while maintaining work-life balance in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• A Canadian CPA designation or equivalent is required.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices, ideally including those appropriate for a non-profit.
• 3+ years of total experience including a role in full cycle accounting AND project management experience rolling out accounting software or a software module throughout a reasonably complex organization.
• Experience communicating with an audience across multiple departments within a company.
