Job summary

The Mason Group Inc is seeking a CPA with strong technical accounting and project management skills for a two-year contract opportunity. You will lead the redesign of a critical accounting process, bridging operational and financial systems, introducing automation, strengthening controls, and creating lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Canadian CPA designation or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices for non-profit scenarios.
• 5+ years of total experience including full cycle accounting AND project management implementing and automating a significant process change.
• Experience communicating with an audience across multiple departments within a company.
• Detail oriented, highly adaptable, self-motivated and personable.
• A passionate change agent who is comfortable leading the project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Ability to deal respectfully with all people and situations with honesty and integrity.
