Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong Power Query and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform profitability analysis by project, program, contract, and unit.
• Build driver-based financial models linking activity to revenue and costs.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards with Power BI.
• Partner with clinical operations, accounting, payroll, and supply chain to validate data.
