Follett Higher Education in Canada seeks a Course Materials Market Manager to own the course materials lifecycle across multiple locations, including remote sites. You will collect, edit, confirm adoptions from faculty, set QTC levels, and initiate purchase order tasks for ACCESS and student choice programs.

You will report to the Course Materials Regional Manager and collaborate with Success Managers and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Store operations, account management, and/or project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams & BI.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the course materials department for multiple locations and contracts; manages and monitors inventory lifecycle with direct decision-making for stores.
• Responsible for report generation, data analysis, and acting as primary Text Decision Makers to guide store actions.
• Evaluates course materials' business performance including QTC, inventory, purchasing, and disposition against budget.
• Collects information from school faculty; edits, enters adoptions, manages terms, and calculates quantities and budgets.
• Partners with store management to present to faculty/administration and influence strategy and goals.
• In-store operational review and seasonal visits; supports hybrid work model.
• Provide feedback to Regional Manager and campus partners on milestones, metrics, and resource needs.
