The candidate should hold MA in a relevant field, a teaching degree or equivalent in Kindergarten education, and ideally a PhD. Prior university teaching and knowledge of equity and inclusion are preferred.

Elementary Education: An orientation to the Kindergarten curriculum. Integration of the school subject areas (language arts, second language, mathematics, social sciences, science, expressive arts, moral and religious education, and physical education) in a manner appropriate to the developmental level of the pre-school child. This course is not Team Taught or offered online.
