Job summary

LOADGUYS LOGISTICS LTD. in Rosser, MB is seeking a courier van driver to join our team. The role focuses on safe delivery of items, professional customer service, and reliable communication with central dispatch.

You will operate vans and light trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, plan routes with maps, and handle loading, unloading, and payments as required. Training is provided; a valid Class 5/5F/G license is needed, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training will be provided.
• Must have a Class 5/5F/G licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
• Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Fluent in English.
• Reliable, organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items.
• Maintain professionalism in customer service.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• Prepare, package, and replenish goods as required.
• Load and unload goods.
• Use maps and other trip planning tools.
• Keep track of trip details like mileage and fuel costs.
• Handle payments for goods delivered.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
