Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a driver on an on-site role to perform courteous pickup and delivery on an assigned route. The position includes verifying shipments and supporting customer service functions to ensure service quality.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy packages. Knowledge of Canadian operations is a plus; bilingualism may be required in Quebec.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including holidays.

Responsibilities
