Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position courier to provide courteous pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features and perform related customer service tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver\'s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift heavy packages. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred, with flexibility for varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs.
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service; able to multitask and handle stress.
• Willing to work different schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
