This is an interview position.
Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service, and performing related customer service functions.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of customer-oriented business experience, knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations, and bilingual ability (French and English) if residing in Quebec.
