Description

This is an interview position.

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  1. High school diploma/educational equivalent
  2. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
  3. Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  4. One (1) Year Customer Oriented Business Experience Preferred
  5. Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
  6. Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Good time management and organizational skills
  9. Excellent customer service skills
  10. Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
  11. Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs

Work hours may vary based on business needs. If residing in Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required. Candidates for driving roles must possess a valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months. Candidates will be evaluated based on their driver’s abstract, interview performance, and driver competency assessments.
