This is an interview position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
2. Checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada service standards.
3. Providing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
4. Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a pressured environment.
7. Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of customer-oriented business experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (asset).

Note: The job requires performing all duties assigned, passing mandatory testing, operating in a PC Windows environment, and maintaining certifications.
