Position Overview

This is an interview position responsible for providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. The role includes checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service and providing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; Full Class G license required, G2 not acceptable
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• At least 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and holidays as needed

Additional Information

This role requires the ability to operate in a PC Windows environment, complete all required training and recertifications, and perform all other duties as assigned. Bilingual (French and English) skills are required for residents of Quebec. Candidates will be evaluated based on their driver's abstract, interview performance, and driver competency assessments.
