This is an interview position.

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

Location: THIS IS A DOMICILE POSITION IN VAL D'OR

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. High school diploma/educational equivalent
2. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
3. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
4. One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
5. Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
6. Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Good time management and organizational skills
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
11. Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications: Must be located in Val d'Or and bilingual in French and English.
