FLOFORM Countertops in Winnipeg is seeking a Full Time Install Assistant to support countertop installations on-site. You will assist installers with complete installations while maintaining a professional demeanor.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 100–200 lbs with assistance, local travel, and a valid driver's license, plus a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Countertop installation or construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal record check.
• Be able to lift 100–200 lbs with assistance.
• Regular bending, twisting, and kneeling; local and occasional out-of-town travel.

Responsibilities

• Assists installer with complete installation of countertops, maintaining professionalism.
• Assists in cleanly removing existing countertop and plumbing if required.
• Responds to customer inquiries on the job site.
• Troubleshoots technical problems related to installation as they arise.
• Keeps schedule on track and contacts customer if running behind.
• Maintains company vehicle interior and exterior to standards.
• Runs errands at the job site (e.g., picking up missing pieces or tools).
• Cross training on Jr. Installer tasks as training evolves.
• Other duties as assigned.
