Boundary Interior Solutions is seeking an Install Technician to deliver and install custom cabinetry and countertops in residential and commercial spaces. You will handle loading, transport, and precise installation, working with a great team and focusing on safety and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accurate measuring, on-site communication, and maintaining a clean workspace while supporting various interior projects near Elkhorn, Manitoba.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labour or renovation work is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver cabinetry, countertops, tools, and materials.
• Remove existing cabinetry and countertops.
• Install cabinetry and countertops with measurement, cutting, leveling, and precise securing.
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite and communicate professionally with clients on-site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Load, transport, and deliver cabinetry, countertops, tools, and materials.
• Remove existing cabinetry and countertops.
• Install cabinetry and countertops (quartz, granite, and marble), including measuring, cutting, leveling, and securing with precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience in general labour required; cabinetry, countertops, woodworking, or renovation experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized, physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Class 3 driver's license required (or willingness to obtain promptly).
• Commitment to workplace safety and following safety procedures.
