Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate in Cobourg. You will help customers, confirm stock, and process orders at the counter while maintaining showroom shelves and stock levels.

You will support warehouse activities and contribute to a positive customer experience, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring Rexel's image is reflected in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
• Approachable personality and the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• 1-5 Years Forklift experience (a key asset, not a requirement).
• Basic understanding of Microsoft/computers.
• Willing to adapt and embrace an ever-changing digital workplace.

Job Description

As the Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate based in Cobourg, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, sourcing additional products and receive & process orders via the counter. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability and maintain the showroom and counter shelves.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is negotiable. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
