Job summary

Rexel Canada in Kingston, ON is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to load and unload shipments, stock and assist customers at the counter. You will also verify goods received, prepare skids and support order processing.

Responsibilities include processing orders, inquiries, and quotations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description

As the Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate based in Kingston, ON you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing and stacking skids, sorting freight and verifying goods received along with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Putting away counter and warehouse stock.
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required.
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives.
• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales.
• Processing orders, inquiries & quotations.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 45000 – 55000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
