Job Title: Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:
We are working with a client in Mississauga who is a leader in global electrical, communications, and utility distribution and supply chain solutions. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Process order entry, invoicing, and handle customer returns.
• Provide product quotes, respond to incoming customer inquiries, and offer exceptional customer service both in-store and via phone.
• Conduct outbound calls to nurture client relationships and support customer needs.
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks and general office administration.
• Conduct specialized services, including customer fit testing and fall equipment inspections.
• Assist with order picking, showroom stock replenishment, and coordinating training sessions.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and ensure an organized and inviting showroom.
• Handle additional office responsibilities to support smooth business operations.
