You will review project costs, contractor submissions, and commercial documents, applying analytical techniques to drive improved supply chain efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of post‑graduate experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Understanding of procurement methods and contracting models.
• Experience reviewing project costs, change management, forecasting.
• Familiarity with contracts and commercial documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Cost Assurance commissions for infrastructure clients.
• Review and assess project costs, contractor submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze construction contracts and commercial arrangements (e.g., Design-Build, NEC, Alliance).
• Prepare clear client reports with findings, observations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Cost Assurance methodologies, tools and knowledge sharing.
