Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Job Cost Accountant to support multiple divisions including Structural Steel, Excavating, Remediation and Environmental Fleet.

You will assist with job cost data in JDE and generate periodic reports, helping drive accurate billing and financial insights. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2+ years cost accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of cost accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software (JDE).

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and analysis of job cost reports for multiple divisions.
• Maintain and update job cost data in the accounting system (JDE).
• Review and analyze job cost variances.
• Assist with the billing process.
• Generate reports on a monthly, weekly and daily basis.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc analysis.
• Make collection calls and coordinate with centralized collections.
