Match Retail is hiring a Merchandising Contractor in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. You will visit stores to set up fixtures per planograms and perform cosmetic resets, while communicating with Store or Cosmetic Managers.

Earn 19.00–21.00 CAD per hour with mileage reimbursement and flexible weekday hours. As an independent contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule across multiple locations, track progress with digital tools, and submit daily updates.

Formación

• Merchandising experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong knowledge of planograms/MODs is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Reliable and self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.

We work with long‑term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart, and many others.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations
• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers
• Independently track and document your work using user‑friendly digital tools
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day

What You Need:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Tech‑savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Effective communication skills
• Merchandising experience and a strong knowledge of planograms/MODs are an asset but not required, training is provided.

What You Bring:

• Reliable personal vehicle required for travel between store locations
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability for 4 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project‑specific dates
• Additional requirements may be outlines by the Frield Manager based on client demands.
