Job summary

Match Retail is hiring for a merchandising role in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The team visits stores to update product sections and present new launches, working with Canada’s top brands. This position offers flexible weekday hours, mileage reimbursement, and the autonomy of an independent contractor role.

You’ll set up fixtures, complete cosmetic resets, communicate with store managers, and track your work with digital tools across multiple locations. Training is provided for planograms/MODs.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy - comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Effective communication skills.
• Merchandising experience and a strong knowledge of planograms/MODs are an asset but not required, training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms.
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations.
• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers.
• Independently track and document your work using digital tools.
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace.
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day.

What You Bring

• Reliable personal vehicle required for travel between store locations
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability for 4 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project-specific dates
• Additional requirements may be outlines by the Frield Manager based on client demands.
