Match Retail is seeking Merchandising professionals to visit stores in Brandon, MB, update fixtures, and execute cosmetic resets. This independent contractor role offers flexible weekday hours and mileage reimbursement, with the chance to work on projects for Canada’s top brands.

You will travel between locations, use digital tools to log work, and ensure planograms are followed. Availability of at least 3 days per week is required, with training provided for merchandising basics.

Formación

• Merchandising experience and knowledge of planograms/MODs are assets but training is provided.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Effective communication skills.

We work with long‑term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart, and many others.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations
• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers
• Independently track and document your work using user‑friendly digital tools
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day

What You Need:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Tech‑savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Effective communication skills
• Merchandising experience and a strong knowledge of planograms/MODs are an asset but not required, training is provided.

What You Bring:

• Reliable personal vehicle required for travel between store locations
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability min of 3 days per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project‑specific dates
• Additional requirements may be outlines by the Frield Manager based on client demands.
