Job summary

Match Retail in Brampton, ON is hiring for a Merchandising Team member. The role involves visiting stores to update product sections, set up fixtures, and complete cosmetic resets.

Flexible 4–5 days per week, with a competitive hourly rate of 19–21 CAD and mileage reimbursement. As an Independent Contractor, you’ll work with Canada’s top brands on varied locations and projects, communicating with store managers and documenting your work with digital tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Effective communication skills.
• Merchandising experience and knowledge of planograms/MODs is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers.
• Independently track and document your work using digital tools.
• Submit daily updates through the online platform.
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Reliable personal vehicle required for travel between store locations
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability for 4 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project‑specific dates
• Additional requirements may be outlines by the Frield Manager based on client demands.
